Can someone please tell me if I really have Swine Flu or not?

So far it does sound like you have it but I'm not so sure because the headaches are usually worse and you vomit but it is possible it is the regular flu. I'm not exactly sure so I would ask a doctor anyway because I wouldn't take any chances trying to cure it without a doctor's advice/prescription.
