What to do or say to a suicidal ex boyfriend?

My ex boyfriend has attempted suicide for the 3rd time. He is in the hospital right now. He already slashed his wrist last Monday and now he ingested a rat killer. He lives alone. His parents left him. I am his only family. He said the only thing he wants is for me to be his again. This is the 3rd time I have saved him from killing himself. I can't be his girlfirend anymore. I think he is obsessed with me but nothing I say could convince him otherwise. He does not want to seek professional help. He does not want to go to work. He does not listen to me. He wants to be left alone. I can't just let him die but I'm tired of all this... What do I do?
