Does anyone know the bioavailability of aluminum when ingested via milk versus injected intramuscularly?

My question is not IF the aluminum reaches the bloodstream, it's how much UNCHANGED aluminum reaches the bloodstream after being digested, versus intramuscularly injected immunization aluminum - ie., the bioavailability. (For example a slab of beef has much more protein than one egg, but all the protein in beef will not be absorbed into your bloodstream, but all the protein in an egg will, b/c it's protein bioavailibility is 100%)
