Would a laptop with SIS M672, 2gb RAM and a dual core processor be any good for games?

I'm on a budget of about 350 pounds, or 700 USD. i was thinking of getting the Advent 5312, but i wanna make sure i get the best i can. any ideas of laptops around 350 pounds? max 400.
