Could anyone save my life?

Two years ago I had with a promiscuous girl, since then my whole life changed. One year after the exposure I got tested for HIV, Chlamydia, Ghonorrea, Syphilys, Hepatitis B, C, HSV 1 and 2, Urealyica Ureaplasma and Micoplasma. The results came negative for everything except for Chlamydia and Urealytica Ureaplsma. The doctor prescribed me Doxycycline (twice a day 100mg for 10 days) and Sumamed - azithromycin (500mg for three days). While I was on the treatment I developed yeast infection and I used canesten...After one month I got retested just for Chlamydia and Urealityca Ureaplsma and the tests were negative... But since then everything changed... My glans is often dry and I get discoloration of the glans very often, red things appear and disappear... The opening of the is often red and irritated. Also I get some kind of red spots on the glans which disappear in two or three days...What is that, should I take some additional tests?What should i do?Can i have again?
