Do certain foods cause greater hemorroid bleeding?

Mine hads been in check for quite a while...and now its always the 1st Bowel Movement in the morning ...accompanied by bright red blood...and the rest of the day I'm fine. I have been eating a lot heavy at night, refined breads and cheese latley...I can't figure out what what is cauing it? Dr says mine are "Internal Hemrroids"! HELP!!!
