How do I confront him about this..?

So my bestfriends boyfriend is a pretty cool kid. Hes older that both of us so hes one of those friends who has made me feel really safe when Im around him. I pretty much trust him with my life.Earlier in his relationship with me friend, me and him had an incident where we held hands a snuggled and all this ****. We both talked about it and decided it want ok and it wouldnt happen again. He continued kind or flirting and everything and then a couple weeks ago it just stopped. Then, a couple days ago he started up again- except this time hes like all over me like touching me and ****. I dont know if its just like a really close friend thing or something that I need to confront him about....what do you think, what should I do?
