Which Video Frame in a publicity might hypnotize you to buy the product advertised?

I heard that there is a Video Frame I think like 12th or 14th or I don't know... and it was supposed to make peoples that watch it let's say in an advertisement in theaters would buy the product. Do you guys know where I could get the information about that? For one of my Communication Cl. Thanks!
