Will I Make it to college?

Well Im a freshman in Highschool, and this year I made A'B's and UNFORTUNATELY 4 c's. But not all in the same quater. I know that cooleges are looking at grades and extra curricular activites. If I make high A's and B's throughout the rest of Highschool and do alot of extracurricular activites, then do you think that I still have a chance of getting accepted into Baylor? I really wnat to go to this university so bad. Please advice me..................
