My cat is acting strangely...?

She may be ill. Cats will hide when sick. You need to get her to the vets sooner. Did she get into anything poisonous, like munching on houseplants or liquid potpourri? Did she get shocked chewing on a wire or cord? Did something fall on her? When cats are sick they will avoid the litter box too.
