HELP me get rid of spray on tan!!!?

Last night I was at Target and I saw some spray-on tan in a can. It didn't show how dark it would be, so I decided to spray a little on my leg from the knee-down to see how dark it would be. It didn't show up at all, so I read the back of the can and it says that it may take 12 hours for the color to develop. Great... so I went home and took a shower and SCRUBBED my legs. I'm bummin' it today, so I just now got to take a shower and when I took off my PJ pants... my gracious. My legs look freakish. They have brown streaks on them! I look like I have vitaligo or something (b/c my skin is naturally pale and now it's dark and light patches). Is there a way to get it off? It said it could last up to a week. But I washed it off within an hour.
