Where can i download a Japanese , Korean , Taiwanese music video by web and it's free ?

I've tried limewire , ares , torrent and not all goes well for me... can anyone tell me where can i download the videos?? No limewire , Ares and torrents.. I don't want sites that need to download the software.. just a web ... please and thank you..
