Why is he ignoring me!?

So basically ive started college,and there's this really hot guy.He's in my form and psychology cl,yet hes never said hello.We've spoken to everyone except each other.When we're talking in a group it just makes it odd because us two aren't speaking.Even when we see each other in the corridor its just awkward,because we see each other all the time,but dont say hello.I dont want to say hello first,because im scared he might not want me to speak to him anyway.Whats going on,its like hes talk to everyone except me for some reason,and im the one he sees the most.
