Do you think my mom is being mean??? Long but please read I need help?

Seems like your mums got a case of split personality. One minute she says yes then she says no and goes back and forth, contradicting herself. To be honest, I think your mums lost the plot. She seems insecure and very in edge... This is a bad thing. Talk to your dad and brothers and sister (If you have any), hold a family meeting and discuss her over reactions etc... Good luck
