Felt like a fire cracker went off in my chest?

i was walkin really fast cause it felt like a bear was gripping my chest from the inside short of breath my left arm started tiggling from the shoulder then proceeded down then it felt like a fire cracker went off in my heart it basically sent a jult through my body then the tiggling in my arm got worse and it slowly went away
