Liberals, Could you Please Explain How Robin-Hoodonomics Work?

They turned the story of Robin Hood on it's head. Remember it was the poor people that were stealing from the rich State what the State took from them in taxes. They have turned it around so that the State now is justified taking taxes from the private sector to make the poor government more powerful.
